Phil Kelley was raised on the west side of Chicago in a family of six brothers. He began practicing law in the Illinois State Attorney’s Office and later moved out to Oregon where he helped found Kelley & Kelley with his brother, Don. Phil is happily married and enjoys going to the theater and spending time with his family.
